Peuples

Today, the future of 5000 ethnic groups and 300 million people is in danger. These populations, considered as minorities, are victims of genocide. Beyond the threat that weighs on their singularity, it is the heritage of the entire humanity that will suffer from their disappearance. It is to this precious and fragile diversity that Pierre de Vallobreuse's photographic work pays homage. This books presents fourteen of these ethnic groups which Edgar Morin affirms loudly that they are " our fathers, our mothers ... our brothers, our sisters."
